Anyone know how busy Puerto del Carmen is throughout October? Are all the bars etc open? Also, is the weather decent?

The best website to find the cheapest deals from anywhere is Kayak (kayak.com). Kayak will compare all the other websites for you and get the best price. Kayak will give you many options and will direct to buy something at a lower price. You might also want to try trip advisor (tripadvisor.com). As far as destinations, if you wnt to get outside of Europe, go to Egypt. If you are looking to find beaches, go to Sharm El-Sheik, Egypt (which 2nd best place on Earth to snorkle next to the Great Barrier Reef). If you like to see history, go to Rome or Egypt. If you just want to go somewhere new, I suggest Paris. Have Fun.

Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands is nice. Not so trashy as the other Canary Islands so better for couples.

I dont see why not. Make sure they’re both sealed. I’ve taken teabags to america before and not had any problems.

If you look at Lee C’s answer Jonathon you’ll see what an intelligent and informative answer looks like.
The reason I ask this question is that I have a good friend over here who sells bars,and he tells me with some authority that only about one in thirty six bars make it.The rest go home with their tales between their legs to live with their parents if they’re lucky.
