Casa Rey consists of 4 bedrooms; 1 master suite with double bed, 1 double room, 1 twin room with 2 single beds and a further room with 1 single bed. There are 3 bathrooms; 1 en-suite shower room for the master suite, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with bath and twin basins. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. The large open plan living area provides comfortable sofa seating for 8 people and also a dining area with table and chairs for 8. The lounge is equipped with limited satellite TV, CD/DVD player and a selection of books, DVD’s and games. There is also a secure safe available. Outside is a covered dining area for alfresco dining, bbq and sunbeds for the guest’s use. The 8m x 4m private swimming pool is solar heated all year and can be electrically heated on request. The pool is also covered to help maintain the temperature. Casa Rey is all on one level with a ramp from the driveway to the villa making it suitable for wheelchair users. All the windows are fitted with mosquito nets and the driveway offers off-road parking for 2 cars. Towels and bed linen are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Bed linen is changed weekly and the towels twice weekly. There is a light clean mid-week and a full clean at the end of each 7 night stay. The Villa is available from 3:30pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate by 10:30am on the day of departure.

Casa Rey is situated in the popular area of Playa Blanca a few minutes walk from the Flamingo Beach where you will find a beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. A further 10 minute walk brings you to the harbour which houses the ferry port, perfect for a day trip to Fuerteventura, and also more bars and restaurants. The stylish newly built Marina Rubicon can be accessed by car or by bus where the souvenir market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday. There are also catameran trips and fishing excursions organised from here. The beautiful golden beaches at Papagayo are only a 5 minute drive from the villa. For the golf enthusiasts there is a recently built course in Tias which is a 25 minute drive away or the more established one at Costa Teguise is around a 40 minute drive. Playa Blanca is only a 30 minute drive from the airport in Arrecife where you can hire a car or us the taxi rank conveniently situated at the exit.
