This spacious finca sleeps 4 guests in one large double bedroom with kingsize bed and one twin room with 2 singles. The bathroom consists of basin, wc, and large walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The living area is open plan with a dining area in the kitchen and steps down to the comfortably furnished sitting-room. Satellite tv and a cd/dvd player are provided. Patio doors open onto a private terrace with mature sub-tropical gardens leading down to a large private swimming pool with plenty of sunbathing space and superb sea views.

Bath and hand towels and all linen are provided and the accommodation is cleaned weekly with the pool being cleaned twice weekly. A further guest can be accommodated on a put-up bed and a cot and highchair can be supplied on request.

Booking and Payment:

Bookings can be made and held for 24 hours after which time a deposit of 30% will be due. The balance is payable one calendar month before the arrival date.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by bank transfer. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling up and based on up to 2 guests sharing the apartment.

For each additional guest please add £10 per night.

Conil is a typical Lanzarote village. Located in the countryside close to the wine making region of La Geria. Conil benefits from stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura. The village is only a 15 minute drive from the airport and close to Tias and the popular holiday resort of Puerto del Carmen. The luxury yachting marina Puerto Calero is only 5 minutes away which has a very good selection of restaurants, cafés and excursions. Conil is a great choice to explore the island from.
