This stylish Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 double with kingsize beds and 2 twin. The master suite is situated on its own floor with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The other 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and share the large family bathroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, large American style fridge/freezer and washing machine. The dining room comfortably seats 8 guests with views out of a large picture window over the gardens and countryside. The lounge is comfortably furnished and is complete with a wood burning stove for those slightly cooler winter evenings. It too has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and towards the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen and lounge open on to a central Canarian courtyard with seating for indoor/outdoor living.

Outside there is plenty of sunbathing terrace around the designer heated swimming pool. Underneath the semi-shade of a wooden pergola is further seating for alfresco dining. There is also a large circular barbeque pit for outdoor cooking which takes it´s inspiration from the cooking pit at the Montaña del Fuego and mature gardens. With plenty of off-road parking and free WiFi access Villa de Paz is a true home from home.

Bath,hand towels and all linen are provided. The Villa is cleaned weekly with the pool being cleaned twice weekly.

Booking and Payment:
Bookings can be made and held for 24 hours after which time a deposit of 30% will be due. The balance is payable one calendar month before the arrival date. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by bank transfer. All prices are in pounds sterling and are based on the following price brackets: Low (£595) - up to 2 guests sharing the Villa. Mid (£840/£1050) - up to 4 guests sharing the Villa. High (£1270) - up to 6 guests sharing the Villa.
For additional guests over the age of 16 please add £15 per night.
For additional children aged between 2 and 16 add £10 per night.
Children under 2 stay for free.

Conil is a traditional picturesque Canarian village. Set in the countryside close to the wine making region of La Geria. From its elevated position Conil benefits from stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Conil is only a short 15 minute drive from the airport and close to Tias and the popular tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen. The luxury yachting marina Puerto Calero is only 5 minutes away with plenty of quality restarants and excursions. Conil is a perfect quiet base to explore the island of Lanzarote from.
