This luxury Villa consisits of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 double rooms with kingsize beds, 1 with an en-suite bathroom and 1 with en-suite shower room. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each and are both also en-suite with shower rooms.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a large dining table which comfortable seats 8 in front of patio doors which open onto the swimming pool area. The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished and has two sets of patio doors opening onto the terraces and pool area. A television, satellite TV, dvd player and stereo system are all provided. WiFi is available for a small fee.

Outside the large terrace is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and sunloungers are provided. A built-in barbeque is also available for guest's use. The private swimming pool is electrically heated to maintain a good temperature throughout even the cooler winter months. There is plenty of off-road parking.

The Villa is cleaned weekly and all linen and towels are provided.

Booking and Payment:
Bookings can be made and held for 24 hours before a deposit is required. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are based on up to 4 guests sharing the Villa. For each additional guest please add £105 per person per week.

Villa Topaz is situated in a highly sought after area of Playa Blanca. The Villa is within easy walking distance of the luxury Marina Rubicon with its many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. There is a weekly crafts and souvernirs market, sailing and diving schools and excursions from the Marina. The area is only a very short drive to the golden stretches of Papagayo beaches.
